A Cut-&-Paste Path to Personal Transformation
Hi, I’m Adrian, creator of Knife+Glue; a lo-fi learning project for the bored, the curious, the creatively restless, and anyone who’s ever started their day wondering what’s the point.
I’m a learning designer, artist, and chronic over-thinker with a soft spot for beautiful systems and chaotic minds. I started Knife+Glue as an experiment in embracing imperfection and making meaning less "optimize your life," more "what if we did this weird thing and learned from it?"
I’ve spent years studying how people learn, struggle, grow, and find direction. Honestly, I’m still trying to make it work myself, but I often find the moments that are the most insightful are also the messiest; the existential crises, creative ruts, spiritual resets.
I’m not going to pretend like I’ve created something unfathomably new, but I like to think I’m pitching more than trendy courses and productivity hacks. This is a bit smaller, a lot stranger, and altogether more human.
Knife+Glue is a zine and creative learning platform that blends:
-
Behavioral psychology & learning science
-
Cultural commentary & DIY experimentation
-
Creative rituals & strategic wellness
-
Notes, essays, collages, and odd questions
Each issue is built to help you close the distance between knowing and doing. Less information overload, more reflection and action. You don’t need a master plan; just a spark, a little push, a weird project that pulls you back to yourself.
This isn’t about becoming a better person. It’s about becoming more yourself in a way that is deliberate, gentle, and sometimes messy.
So if you’re stuck, spiraling, or just looking for something to do with your mind and your hands, come hang.
You belong here.
